A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with ExcelCare At Wayne you will play a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
