Social Services Director Responsibilities You'll Love:

• Assess the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents and develop care plans.
• Provide counseling and support to residents and their families.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resources.
• Maintain confidential and accurate resident records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to social services in a nursing home setting.
• Supervise social services staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
