Responsibilities
- Daily documentation
- Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
- Notify pharmacy of new orders.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
- Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
Requirements for a (LPN)
- Must have a valid NJ (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Must have sensitivity and compassion to the elderly and pediatric populations
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
