Your Role as an LPN:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support resident well-being
• Accurately document care, medications, and observations
