NOW HIRING: Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping for the LTC facility.
- Develop and implement preventive housekeeping schedules to ensure all equipments are functioning properly.
- Manage the housekeeping team, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the facility complies with all safety, health, and regulatory standards, including fire safety and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to address any facility-related concerns or improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility housekeeping, preferably in healthcare or LTC settings.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare facility maintenance and safety.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications preferred
