RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Provides clinical oversight and accountability for the assigned unit.
Ensures timely incident reporting, follow-up, and regulatory compliance.
Oversees resident care to support optimal clinical and psychosocial outcomes.
Communicates significant condition changes to physicians and families.
Conducts daily rounds to ensure safety, infection control, and care standards.
Provides hands-on clinical support, including medication administration as needed.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
A valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
Prior Supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in long term care
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
