What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and leading group and individual activities for residents
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet residents’ physical and cognitive needs
• Help set up and clean up activity areas and materials
• Escort residents to and from activity programs as needed
• Document resident participation and feedback
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support resident well-being
• Celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special events with enthusiasm
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in recreation, activities, or senior care preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Creative thinking and a passion for working with older adults
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist residents with mobility
