Who You Are:

The Mobility Product Team is responsible for the ideation, delivery, and enhancement of mobile products and features across multiple customer segments. On the Mobility Product Team, you will help solve real customer problems and deliver critical products for millions of customers. You are an analytical, clear communicator who can uncover insights in data, build a compelling narrative, and help stakeholders align on the best path forward. You can distill complex business issues, strategic initiatives, and operational updates into concise, executive-ready materials. With a bias for action, you are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and delivering accurate, high-quality work on tight timelines. At the Analyst-Level, you will support business solutions through research, data collection, and analysis, contribute to client deliverables and proposals, take ownership of tasks, and embody the firm’s brand and core values.

Role and Responsibilities:

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.

• Advocate for the customer and drive the best possible customer experience through pain-point identification, customer journey mapping, and the development of clear user stories.
• Evaluate a market’s value chain and the client’s ability to create a unique and defensible position; define market size and the value available to the client.
• Develop executive-level presentations, summaries, and briefing materials that translate complex business issues, strategic initiatives, and operational updates into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc business analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key dependencies, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry best practices, including emerging technologies, the competitive landscape, and consumer trends, to help guide organizational priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, product management peers, and business stakeholders to gather and validate inputs and align on messaging, expectations, and deliverables.
• Support strategic planning activities, leadership meetings, and business reviews, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all materials delivered to leadership.
• Recommend improvements to presentation flow, executive storytelling, and overall communication effectiveness.
• In addition to delivering at the client site, you will occasionally be tasked in productizing Excelacom’s work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, executive communications, consulting, product management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong math, written and verbal communication skills with an analytical approach
• Ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Ability to create well-designed, executive-level presentations that drive decision-making, build consensus, and educate stakeholders; advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, exercise sound business judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Sense of urgency and a bias for action to achieve business results.
• Proficiency in integrating leading AI tools into workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable is highly preferred
• Experience in a professional office environment or relevant internship experience
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Financial analysis skills and experience supporting financial analysis initiatives.
• Product knowledge and experience supporting product-related initiatives.
