You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to balance project-based work with regular operational tasks.

- Deploy Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer Database VMs through OCI console and automation tools
- Participate in multi-year database infrastructure refresh efforts
- Configure and set up Oracle Database clusters and VMs for handoff to Operations
- Collaborate with Oracle and internal teams for EXACC hardware installation and capacity expansion
- Support team with regular VM server build queue using automation tools when deployments are not active
- Troubleshoot Oracle Linux issues to validate builds
- Coordinate hardware installs and system decommissions
- Execute Ansible playbooks and utilize DNS, Nebula pipeline, and cable guides for deployment processes
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
- Intermediate Linux administration skills (e.g., Red Hat, Oracle Linux)
- Experience with Oracle Database cluster and VM setup
- Familiarity with Oracle Exadata and EXACC deployment processes
- Ability to follow and learn full EXACC installation workflows
- Experience using Oracle OCI console and automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Prior experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable is highly preferred
- Experience with server build pipelines and tools such as Nebula
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple technical teams
- Effective time management and organizational skills
