The Pay Range For This Role Is
73,000 - 99,500 USD per year(US)

Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth.
- Track and optimize key KPIs, including:
- Lead to Sales conversion rate
- Policy sales CPA
- Lead volume and spend growth
- Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights.
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving consistent YoY partner spend increase.
- Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance lead distribution and lead performance.
- 2 years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
- Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.
