Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, school based Speech-Language Pathologist role. The SLP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to children with a range of communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, tailoring therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child's success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders, with the ability to support various speech-related needs
- Knowledge of Language Disorders and strategies for improving receptive and expressive language skills
- Competence in addressing Dysphagia and other swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license or certification as required
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is preferred
