We are actively hiring dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our team for PRN work in the adult population/geriatric home health care setting. Positions are available across multiple cities in Hidalgo County, with specific need in the Mission, Penitas, and La Joya area.
This is a critical position to help us add to our team of therapists and ensure we continue providing the highest level of care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services in a home setting, including the implementation of therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed by supervising PT.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Observe and report on patient progress, reactions, and any concerns to the supervising PT.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques and safety measures to support rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with the PT and healthcare team.
- Ensure all treatment complies with federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Experience in a home health or geriatric care setting is preferred but not required.
- Current CPR Certificate
- TB Test
- Current professional liability insurance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid automobile insurance.
