This position assists and supports the Operations Manager with various activities from customer order fulfillment to maintaining facilities. ResponsibilitiesOrder fulfillment - Prepare (pick and pack) and load outgoing shipments, complete associated documents accuratelyUnload incoming deliveries, verify contents and complete associated documentation accuratelyAssist with maintaining warehouse through stocking, organizing, and cleaning; including performing and documenting inventory spot checkAssist with reporting and troubleshooting of shipping issuesProduct labeling and packagingQC incoming and outgoing, precision manufacturing and analysis productsSupport facilities maintenanceWork in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company safety policiesExperience & RequirementsA valid US driver's license is required. This position can be physically demanding. The candidate must have the ability to consistently lift 50 LB and occasionally 75 LB. Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is preferred. Experience / certification with HAZMAT shipments is a bonus. Candidates should be detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, a get it done work ethic, strong attendance history, be customer focused and demonstrate concrete organizational, time management, and prioritization skills along with effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with any of the following is a plus; ERP systems, inventory management, cycle counting, Microsoft 365, LTL shipments, UPS, FedEx, vendor tracking & purchasing.***Note - Part time candidates can be considered with a schedule of 8:30AM - 3:00PM or 9:00AM - 3:30PM***
