Seeking a seasoned soccer athlete who has coaching experience and has administrative skills.
The core duties are:
Provide field training that aligns with the philosophy and coaching style required by Excel Soccer Skills.
Provide administrative and supportive services to the Head Coach including email correspondence, schedule tracking and managing our registration system.
Draft communications to families for updates and information on scheduling for Head Coach review.
Manage the social media platforms for Excel Soccer Skills.
Manage birthday parties at Excel Soccer Skills.
Populate all classes on registration system.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Combination of education and experience normally represented by an Associates’ Degree in Business Management, Human Services and demonstrated achievements in soccer.
Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.
Ability to effectively manage a variety of scheduling needs.
Advanced knowledge of word, excel, database management
Excellent problem solving skills
