Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Lodi, CA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support recovery, improve mobility, and reduce pain. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one patient care, documenting assessments and progress notes, educating patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves monitoring outcomes, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings, and contributing to a positive, team-driven clinic culture. The Physical Therapist will participate in ongoing professional development and support clinic initiatives that enhance patient experience and community relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and implement effective treatment plans.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care to support patients across different settings and recovery stages.
- Working knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of California.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
