Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Behavior Technician (BT)
Responsibilities
- Direct Support: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including teachers and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Communication: Engage with students and their families to provide updates and insights on progress.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
- For RBT: Must have a current RBT certification.
- For BT: Experience in behavior support or related fields is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Work Schedule
