What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grade Foreman position at Excel Paving Company?
Responsible for directing grading crew on construction sites to ensure earthwork operations are completed in accordance with project plans, job specs, and schedules. Oversee site preparation, excavation, and fine grading activities while coordinating with project management, surveyors, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate or oversee heavy equipment safely. Pay based on experience. At least 5 yrs experience
Pay: From $2,000.00 per week
