CFO — Private Equity Firm | Fully Remote
Hands-on CFO for a multi-entity PE firm, covering management company accounting, fund accounting, and family office services for the partners. This is a fully remote position, reporting to the Managing Partner(s).
Responsibilities
- Oversee management company accounting, budgeting, treasury, and banking
- Lead fund accounting: capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, NAV, and capital accounts
- Manage auditors, fund admins, and tax preparers; oversee audits and filings
- Oversee portfolio company accounting and family office accounting for partners
- Support fundraising due diligence; build and mentor a lean finance team
Qualifications
- 15 years progressive accounting/finance experience in PE, fund, or family office accounting
- Deep expertise in fund and management company accounting across multiple entities, with fund accounting systems experience
- High discretion, player-coach mentality — strategic and hands-on
Salary : $225,000 - $300,000
