Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) :
- Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and perform skilled treatments (e.g., medication fills)
- Perform patient assessments and provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Accurately document patient progress and report status changes
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
Requirements of Registered Nurse (RN):
- Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Comfortable with computers and strong documentation skills
- Previous RN experience in homecare or clinical settings
- Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license
