Responsibilities
- Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, foot care, mouth care and ambulation.
- Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with housekeeping duties including cleaning the bathroom, bedroom, living room, cleaning all floors, laundry, shopping, and assistance with decluttering of client homes.
- Home Health Aide is responsible for offering emotional support and meaningful conversations
- Home Health Aide is responsible for ensuring proper documentation of services performed or provided
- Home Health Aide must be a reliable liaison between the client and their care team.
- Establishing trusting relationships with clients and families.
- Ensuring clients' needs are met on a daily/weekly basis

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
