Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operation; however, our company is willing to train candidates who exhibit a superior work ethic and a willingness to learn.This position starts at $16.00 to $17.00 per hr., and the benefits offered include health insurance, a company-matched 401(k) plan (employer match up to 4%), paid vacation, paid personal time off, and paid holidays.Our Injection Molding Machine Operators are responsible for visual inspection, trimming, some secondary operations, and packaging of molded components. As an Injection Machine Operator with Excel Medical Products, you must have a high level of attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to safety policies and manufacturing procedures.Essential Duties Include:Operation of plastic injection molding machines, including placement of inserts/hand loadsTrimming and sorting of parts in a cleanroom environmentPerforming quality inspections per part specificationsFollowing work instructions, cleaning, and safety proceduresLegibly completing documentation of production counts and inspection informationPerforming assembly and packaging tasks as neededQualifications:One (1) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably with injection molding.Molding process development experience is a plus, but not required.Team-oriented with good communication skillsGood work performance and attendance historyAvailability to work overtime if necessary, based on production needsHigh school diploma or GEDReliable transportationExcel Medical Products, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employerJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftAfternoon shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm)Monday to Friday
