Owner's Site Safety Representative -- Data Center/High Voltage

• Role: Owner’s on‑site safety representative (mission‑critical data center)
• Location: Lithia Springs, GA
• Type: 1099 contractor, 12 months
• Pay: $50–$52/hour
• Housing: $500/week allowance if you live 75 miles away
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours/day, on site
• Start: Immediate

• I’ve led safety on mission‑critical/data center builds and understand the stakes.
• I guide teams as a Safety Coach, not a “safety cop.”
• I’m comfortable around high‑voltage work and NFPA 70E protocols.
• I can turn ISO frameworks like ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 into field‑ready practices.
• I document clearly every day and submit accurate weekly timesheets.
• I communicate effectively with Owners/Clients and the Project GC.

• Mission‑critical experience is required
• 7 years in data center environments; or 10 years construction safety if no data center experience/degree
• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety preferred
• OSHA 500/510; BCSP CHST preferred
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English
• Deep knowledge of H&S regulations in the region
• Proven strength in hazard assessment, safe work method statements, and root cause analysis

• Daily site walks as the Owner’s representative—observe, coach, and escalate when needed
• Pre‑task planning, permits, LOTO verification, and oversight of high‑risk tasks
• Continuous improvement against ISO‑aligned H&S management systems
