Job Summary

The Server is to serve and prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees and serve/prepare food in accordance within the brand's quality and control standards. To assist in the overall duties of the daily operation of the F&B department to efficiently serve all hotel patrons in a courteous and professional manner. To maintain proper safety and sanitation standards at all times as per local health department regulations and company guidelines.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Report to the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
• Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.
• Assist the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.
• Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes. Consult with the Chef or supervisor if reinforcements need to be called.
• Check ware-washing machine for proper temperature and chemical level.
• Make sure appropriate dishes and silverware are set up nearby for easy access during your shift.
• Ensure the MICROS equipment is in correct functioning order and all supplies are stocked and available.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 5 hours, lift push pull up to 20lbs
• Food Handlers Card Required
• Be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
• Previous food and beverage experience
