Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Surpervisor based at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Chatsworth, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance tasks, equipment upkeep, repairs, and troubleshooting. Daily tasks will include maintaining property systems, promptly addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure facilities remain functional and meet safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Strong skills in Maintenance, including facility upkeep and inspections
- Effective Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues and maintaining functionality
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality maintenance or a related field is preferred
