The shift requires weekend hours –  Tuesday – Saturday OR a Sunday – Thursday.

• Weekday hours approx. 10:00 am – 7:00pm
• Weekend hours approx. 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Hours are established in accordance with 24/7/365 operational needs and may include evenings and weekends.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As our Solutions Coordinator, you’ll support on-time, high-quality service for our Solutions clients by coordinating the people, training, and resources that make it all work. You’ll:

• Ensure our daily operations align with client expectations and SOPs
• Coordinate and schedule teams—including backups when needed
• Conduct worksite visits to ensure performance and compliance
• Proactively handle training and materials needed for each account
• Help recruit and onboard new vendors
• Manage documentation and administrative tasks around scope, billing, and communications
• Work directly with customers and vendors to build relationships based on trust
• Keep operations sharp by identifying and acting on areas for continuous improvement

🧰 What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or coordination roles
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
• A "no excuses" mindset—when something goes wrong, you figure it out and fix it
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with vendors or independent contractors a plus
• Confidence working on-site and in the field—this is not a desk job
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate operational software and maintain accurate records
