Must Have
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives end-to-end.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate (ideally professional services) environment.
- Experience in culture, engagement, or people experience initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to building an inclusive, values-driven workplace.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for reporting, analysis, and executive storytelling.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration, able to influence and drive accountability across regions and functions.
