Are you an experienced lending professional ready to take ownership of a branch, lead a team, and drive business growth? We’re looking for a motivated, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop new business, build customer relationships, and create a high-performing team.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands consumer lending, makes sound credit decisions, and knows how to balance growth, profitability, and effective collections.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Lead, motivate, and coach employees to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Build a productive team environment with clear expectations and accountability.
Grow the Business
- Achieve monthly loan volume and branch growth goals.
- Develop new business through customer relationships, referrals, former borrowers, and financing opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to renew loans, expand customer relationships, and promote company products and services.
Drive Performance and Profitability
- Manage branch revenue, expenses, loan growth, and overall profitability.
- Make sound credit decisions and monitor delinquency, collections, and charge-offs.
- Oversee collection strategies, repossessions, and past-due accounts in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain Strong Operations and Compliance
- Oversee daily operations, loan servicing, payment processing, and loan documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Review loan files, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports and audits on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of consumer lending and collections.
- Strong credit judgment and knowledge of applicable lending and collection laws.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and develop employees.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage branch performance, control expenses, and achieve business goals.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting, Microsoft Office, and loan servicing systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle challenging situations professionally.
