What are the responsibilities and job description for the Excel - Structural Engineer (Licensed in California) position at Excel Engineering Inc?
An Engineer will be a registered professional engineer with solid engineering principles and code knowledge. This individual must have the ability to use computer software for analysis and selection. The majority of the time is spent in the office providing engineering. Occasionally, this individual will go to jobsites and attend project meetings.
Requirements:
Passed the CA State specific Seismic Principle Exam and Engineering Survey exams
Passed the NCEES 16-hour PE Structural Exam
Established an NCEES record
At least 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years of responsible charge experience in Structural engineering after obtaining a Civil engineer license
Passed the NCEES PE exam in Structural and another discipline
Experience:
- Minimum eight years including relevant education
