Duties
- Manage all aspects of center operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth and quality service delivery.
- Supervise and support school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on professional development and instructional excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing, health and safety standards, and Center policies.
- Oversee school administrative functions such as personnel management, staff evaluation, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records of all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Level 3 admin credential
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood education.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience working directly with children.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, strategic planning, fundraising, and personnel management in an educational context.
- Knowledge of NC licensing rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders through public speaking and community outreach efforts.
- Management experience supervising staff with a focus on team leadership and staff evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles, childhood development theories, and working with diverse student populations.
