Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Simulator Installation and Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation, installation, and maintenance of advanced simulator systems at client locations throughout the United States. A Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely transport simulator equipment to client sites using company vehicles, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
2. Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal simulator placement and installation logistics.
3. Install, configure, and calibrate simulator systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications.
4. Collaborate with clients to provide training on simulator operation and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
5. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, installation details, and maintenance activities.
6. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on simulators to ensure optimal functionality.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and implement software updates.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement.
10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience in equipment installation and maintenance, preferably with simulator systems.
3. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel as required.
