Excel is looking for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment.
In this role, you’ll oversee on-demand delivery operations, ensure strong independent contractor driver coverage, and recruit and onboard new drivers to keep service running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with Dispatch, solve problems in real time, support driver training, and protect the client experience through accuracy, speed, and exceptional communication. This role is on-site in our Ashburn office in support of our 24/7/365 operations.
Successful candidates will have three or more years managing people in high volume on-demand transportation logistics.
