What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Janitorial Position position at Excel Cleaning & Supply Co.?
Part-Time, weekend evening cleaning position available in Wildwood FL and occasional evening cleaning in Belleview FL. Great position for someone in the Wildwood area looking for a part time cleaning position.
Wildwood cleaning Schedule:
Saturday evenings 8pm - 9:30pm and Sunday Evening 5:30pm - 7:00pm. Cleaning the same retail location on Saturday and Sunday night, it is approximately 1.5 hours of work on each night.
Belleview cleaning Schedule:
Occasional cleaning in Belleview. Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings 5:30pm - 7:00pm. This account is already covered, we are looking for someone who is flexible enough to clean this location occasionally when support is needed.
Payroll:
Pay for the Wildwood location starts at $35 per cleaning. Pay for the Belleview location starts at $40 per cleaning. Payroll is paid Bi-Weekly through direct deposit.
Responsibilities:
Must possess your own transportation.
Clean all designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, empty all trash,.. etc)
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
Be able to be consistent and on time.
Must have a smart phone.
Must be able to lift trash bags weighing in excess of 40lbs
