Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure accurate documentation, proper medication administration and compliance with resident care plane
Provide direct patient care as needed and respond promptly to medical emergencies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Maintain staff compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment through leadership and mentorship
Assist with staff evaluations, training and quality improvement initiatives
Registered Nurse Supervisor ( RN ) Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the state
Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care plan compliance
Provide direct care and respond to emergencies as needed
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
Maintain regulatory and policy compliance
Support staff development and quality improvement
