Your Role as a Housekeeper:
- Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and nursing stations according to facility standards
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control are maintained throughout the facility
- Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linen appropriately
- Restock supplies in resident rooms and bathrooms as needed
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Support residents with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and homelike environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members while demonstrating respect and courtesy
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
