What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor position at Excel Aquatics?
Excel Aquatics is gearing up for our Winter 2026/2027 season and looking to add instructors and lifeguards to our team!
Lessons run Mondays–Thursdays, 4:00pm–7:30pm, plus weekends, 9:00am–2:00pm, with flexible scheduling. Instructors teach swim skills to children ages 3–13 and adults using Excel's curriculum. Both consistent weekly shifts and sub positions are available — great for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for reliable fall hours.
All classes are held at our warm-water indoor swim facility at 1770 Central Ave, Colonie.
- Hourly wage negotiable based on experience
