Domain: Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement (Functional Exposure)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (70%)

• Lead complete project lifecycle activities for Oracle Fusion implementations i:e; initiation, planning, execution, UAT, deployment, and transition.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Drive weekly governance, steering committee meetings, and status reporting across customer and internal leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Integrations, Data Migration, Testing, Change Management).
• Ensure timely deliverables, quality adherence, and SLA compliance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.
• Monitor progress using project metrics and maintain documentation, trackers, and PMO artefacts.
• Enforce best practices in Agile/Hybrid project execution and maintain stringent quality control.
• Oversee UAT planning, cutover readiness, go-live checklists, and post-go-live support stabilization.

Functional & Business Understanding (30%)

• Act as a bridge between Customer and implementation teams and able to communicate effectively and understand implications due to his understanding of Oracle Fusion Fianancial and Procurement Modules.
• Participate in workshops & Customer conversation to ensure proper scope alignment.
• Understand and Analyse impacts on Project Plan due to business discussions.
