Exante360, Inc., is looking for IT Desktop Deployment Technicians who want to join us on our bold initiative of “improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.”
Role
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented IT Desktop Deployment Technicians to support extensive workstation rollouts across client sites. This is a hands-on role focused on the physical setup of desktop equipment throughout offices and clinical spaces.
This position offers practical experience supporting a large-scale enterprise technology rollout, and an opportunity to work alongside IT teams in a fast-paced and high impact environment. This role is ideal for individuals that are looking for skill building exposure in the IT support, end-user computing, facilities deployment or logistics sectors of employment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform functional testing on newly imaged or deployed PCs, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, webcams, speakers, etc.).
- Verify operating systems boot correctly and system images have been installed properly.
- Ensure required applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, Chrome, Edge, etc.) are installed and operating without issues.
- Test wired and wireless network connectivity, login access, and basic workstation performance.
- Configure and test network printers, label printers, and scanners where required.
- Document testing results accurately and escalate issues to your supervisor.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report hardware or software failures discovered during QC.
- Label and prepare all workstations that pass testing for deployment.

- Positioning equipment on desks
- Connecting cables
- Moving equipment from one location to another
- Powering systems on to ensure they are ready for the next stage of configuration
Key Skills and Abilities Necessary
- Comfortable working with fragile electronics and following safe handling practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow setup instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a structured rollout environment.
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Willingness and desire to work in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism and client-facing service during all interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple rooms, floors, or departments during a deployment cycle.
- Ability to follow detailed technical steps.
Education/Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years previous experience in desktop deployment, IT asset handling, or field support roles.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; and/or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of workstation layouts, cable routing, or physical IT installations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and workflows preferred
- CompTIA A Certification preferred
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift, carry, turn, and pivot while carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing.
