About the RoleEXALTA is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support a portfolio of global functions — including Information Systems, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance — as we scale.
This is a new role reporting to the Chief People Officer, and it's genuinely a builder's job. You'll be working closely with senior leaders to shape org design, drive talent strategy, and embed strong people practices across functions that are growing quickly and operating in a complex, regulated environment
This is not a generalist role. We are looking for a seasoned HRBP who has operated inside a PE-backed company, partnered with global function leaders, and have navigated integration, significant organizational change and/or M&A work firsthand.
Requirements- 10 years of progressive HRBP experience supporting Director leaders.
- Direct experience inside a PE-backed organization.
- Experience supporting global or multi-geography teams with international reporting lines
- Hands-on experience with at least one integration, carve-out, major organizational shift or post-merger restructuring
- Supported global functions (Finance, IS, HR, Commercial, or Regulatory)
- Demonstrated strategic HRBP track record — not primarily admin or generalist work
- Partner with global function leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business objectives and value-creation timelines
- Lead integration activities including org design, talent assessment, culture harmonization, and change management
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across matrixed global functions
- Coach and advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and org design
- Build strong partnerships with COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations)
- Educate and elevate leaders who are new to working with a strategic HR partner
- Support transformation and change management initiatives across all global functions
- Participate in key hire selection processes alongside business leaders
- Roll up your sleeves and help execute strategic decisions including HR integration initiatives.
