Location: Onsite – Kenosha, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Includes 15% Shift Premium

At EXALTA Group, precision matters. We're seeking a Cleaner/Deflasher to join our team in Kenosha, WI. In this role, you'll support the production of medical device components through cleaning, deflashing, inspection, assembly, and packaging activities while ensuring products meet quality and customer requirements.

What You'll Do

• Clean, deflash, inspect, and package medical device components according to quality and customer standards
• Use hand tools and equipment to remove excess material and prepare products for final production
• Perform light assembly work, including attaching and gluing components as required
• Identify and report product defects or quality concerns
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintain ERP records
• Follow ISO 13485, FDA, safety, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support overall production goals
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing operations and assist the team as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in an ISO and/or FDA-regulated environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work with accuracy
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including working with small components
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
• Exposure to manufacturing equipment, airborne particles, and non-toxic chemicals
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Ability to work with small parts requiring close visual attention and precision
