Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays an important role in driving informed strategic and operational decision-making by compiling, analyzing and interpreting complex financial and economic data. Reporting to the CFO and partnering with other leaders, this role involves preparing detailed reports to provide insights into financial performance, sales trends, variance explanations, and cost analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the annual planning process, manage revenue and expense forecasts to ensure timely and relevant information is delivered to key stakeholders. This role will also lead and manage special projects, targeting continuous improvement with cost efficiencies and revenue growth to achieve organizational goals.

Essential/Primary Duties:
- Drive FP&A activities, such as annual Plans, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Perform sales analytics utilizing ad hoc data compilations as well as developing static reporting to identify business drivers and trends to support business growth.
- Lead the monthly financial consolidation process including international subsidiary reporting.
- Drive operational performance by developing, maintaining and presenting key operational KPI’s Tableau)
- Partner with business leaders and operational teams to identify and drive operational and strategic growth.
- Support the monthly financial close and reporting process.
- Participate in acquisition integration activities as well as ERP and other software implementations.
- Ad-hoc project, requests, and analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience
- Expert Level Excel and Power Point Skills. Power BI Experience Preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in matrix-organization
- Desire to improve processes & procedures
- Experience in process improvement and maximizing profitability
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel for project collaboration on an ad hoc basis
