What You’ll Do
- Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services using Golang and Java (Quarkus)
- Build scalable, resilient, and well-structured solutions for cloud-native environments
- Contribute to architectural design and uphold engineering best practices (clean code, observability, testing, reliability)
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and SRE teams to deliver polished, reliable, and high-quality features
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines, service performance, and system integrations
- Ensure security, quality, and performance across all deliverables
What You’ll Bring
- 4 years of experience with Golang (strong proficiency required)
- Hands-on experience with Java Quarkus
- Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
- Familiarity with microservices, messaging systems (Kafka or SQS), and distributed architectures
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and modern deployment/versioning practices
- Ability to read, analyze, and solve complex technical problems with calm and clarity
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Python (modules, automation scripts, microservices)
- Experience operating in high-criticality, high-availability environments
- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with eagerness to share knowledge
