What You’ll Do
- Participate in agile software development practices and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery
- Maintain close communication with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment
- Design and develop high-quality backend solutions using Java Quarkus (and Spring Boot when required)
- Build and maintain cloud-native services within AWS environments
- Support and maintain the production environment, ensuring system reliability and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver clean, scalable code
- Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Java development (Java 8–11)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
- Practical knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL
- Experience building microservices using Java Quarkus and/or Spring Boot
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and incoming requests
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business teams
Nice to Have
- English communication skills (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with REST architecture and API best practices
- Clear, structured communication — able to explain technical concepts to all audiences
- Strong teamwork and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
