Exacto Spring Corp is a 60 year old, second generation family-owned and operator spring manufacturing company. Exacto Spring is located in Grafton, WI-just 30 minutes north of Milwaukee!
We are currently hiring for Assemblers on both 1st and 2nd shifts!
Within Exacto Spring Corp., our manufacturing facilities are committed to achieving zero human and safety incidents and it is every employee’s responsibility to fully support this vision. Secondary Operators are hired as members of a manufacturing team. They are responsible for the support of various processing and packaging equipment operations throughout the facility.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Operating presses, hand fixtures and jigs to complete parts
- Pack, assemble and color code springs
- Run scales and heat setters
- Inspect and/or gauge parts
- Assist in training
Job Requirements:
- lift 20 pounds
- sit for 2 hours
- reading and writing skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
