We are looking to fill two (2) part-time and seasonal administrative assistant positions from January thru April 2026 with an opportunity for possible year around employment. We need someone who is a self-motivated, quick learner with some computer experience. This is an entry level position with potential to grow. Starting wage per hour based on experience and education.
Job Duties:
- File Maintenance
- Data Entry
- Scanning
- Answering Phones
- Customer Service
- Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational abilities
- Works well under pressure and time sensitive deadlines
- Dependability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Quickbooks & Basic Accounting experience is a plus
- Front office experience a plus
