Inside Sales Representative

A growing and well-established commercial construction company in Southwest Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team due to growth. This is a newly created position, as the current Inside Sales team is at capacity—creating an exciting opportunity to step into a role with strong support, real demand, and long-term growth potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and helping generate new construction opportunities. This is a relationship-driven role where follow-through, communication, and organization are key.
What’s Offered:
• $55,000 base salary commission incentives
