What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Source, recruit, interview, and screen candidates for client job openings
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media
- Match qualified candidates with the right job opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and employee retention
Recruiting Marketing & Social Media
- Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
- Develop social media recruiting campaigns
- Promote open positions to attract qualified candidates
- Monitor recruiting activity and adjust strategies as needed
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement
Staffing Operations & Performance
- Help drive daily recruiting activity and placement goals
- Track candidate flow, placements, and recruiting metrics
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
Client & Employee Relations
- Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and employees
- Respond quickly to staffing requests and workforce needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and employees
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish/ English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools
Preferred:
- Staffing or recruiting experience
- HR or talent acquisition experience
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience with social media recruiting and job boards
- Experience working toward performance goals and metrics
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into management
