Position Overview
This is an entry-level pathway into becoming a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, ideal for new or recent graduates looking to launch a career in sales, client advising, healthcare, or insurance.
You’ll start by completing your state Health & Life Insurance License, with Exact Medicare providing guidance, study support, and step-by-step direction. The licensing phase is self-paced and unpaid, and once completed, you’ll transition into a full training program and begin working directly with clients.
After becoming licensed and trained, you will help individuals compare Medicare plans, understand their coverage options, and enroll in plans that best meet their needs. This is a high-impact role where your conversations truly help people navigate an important stage of life.
What You’ll Do
- Learn how Medicare works and confidently explain coverage options to clients.
- Help individuals compare plans and complete enrollments.
- Support clients who are transitioning between plans or need guidance during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service rooted in patience, trust, and clarity.

Minimum Qualifications
- No prior license required
- Ability to complete state licensing within 30 days of starting the pre-licensing process (we guide you every step of the way).
- Interest in sales and comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism on calls.
- Ability to understand and follow compliance rules and guidelines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
