Job description:
Exact Match Personnel is seeking reliable and motivated Pickers for our client in Ontario, CA. This position plays a critical role in preparing customer orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has experience using RF scanners, can work with a sense of urgency, and is comfortable with basic computer tasks.
2 schedules, both $17.00
Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm with OT
AND
Sunday 5am-1:30pm, Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders by walking designated aisles using RF scanners
- Pack and prepare orders using a computer-based system
- Follow picking lists, verify item quantities, and ensure order accuracy
- Prepare, pack, and complete orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Lift and move boxes weighing 40–50 lbs
- Work overtime daily as needed to meet production needs
Requirements
- Experience using RF scanners (required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic math skills (must pass a simple math test)
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout warehouse for entire shift
- Must have a sense of urgency and reliable attendance
