🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
We are actively hiring a Customer Support, Onboarding & Software Training Specialist to join our team. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
This is a software-focused customer support and onboarding role where you will help customers successfully adopt and use our platform through training, setup, and ongoing support. This is not a retail or B2C support role—experience with software or business systems is preferred.
Our platform is a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) used by organizations to manage maintenance operations, work orders, assets, and reporting. Full training will be provided.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support during onboarding and early adoption
- Guide customers through software setup and configuration
- Train users via virtual meetings and screen sharing
- Help customers configure:
- Work orders
- Preventive maintenance schedules
- Asset tracking
- Inventory management
- Reporting dashboards
- Troubleshoot basic user questions and support needs
- Ensure customers are successfully using the system after implementation
- Communicate updates and progress with internal teams
- Deliver clear, structured software training to non-technical users
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer support, SaaS support, onboarding, or software training
- Comfortable working with business software or online platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience helping customers learn and adopt new systems
- Organized, patient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in SaaS, help desk, or implementation support is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms (CMMS, etc.)
- Experience running virtual training or onboarding sessions
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Basic familiarity with JavaScript (a plus, not required)
