Key Responsibilities:
- Learn computer software and adapt to new technology.
- Create and maintain departmental files, both electronic and paper (when necessary).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) when dealing with company/client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks
- Data entry, document scanning, and printing
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license or state ID required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Regular use of hands, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
